Exploring the Depths of the Heart

The heart holds the answers.

I wanted to start sharing my own journey of the heart through my writing and offering videos as well.

When I say the heart holds the answers, it truly does. Four years ago, I sat on the floor, got a big piece of paper out, connected it to my heart, and truly listened to what my heart had been trying to say to me for such a long time.

I drew an outline of my heart and started a process called heart mapping; little did I know the power of this process, and what it unravelled for me was beyond what I could have ever believed possible.

As I drew and dove deeper into the roots of my heart, I found that each root that came out of my heart led to a wound that was still open in my heart, from my sexuality to relationships to rejection to the ancestral feminine and masculine wounds.

As I unravelled each wound, I realized that our roots in the wounds of our heart are connected. As I mapped it all out, I could see this all down on paper. I could finally understand and truly heal.

I had tried doing this in psychology, counselling, workshops, meditations, etc. I tried everything, but nothing put the pieces together like Heart Mapping was unravelling right before my eyes.

Years later, it clicked, after doing this with many other people, that this is something that I feel called to teach other people, a tool that is so valuable that others could also use this practice as well.

I can also take people through a really sacred experience of healing the heart; this is definitely part of my purpose.

This is a very sacred experience that I now get to offer to anyone open to going deep into the heart to hear, see, and feel what the heart is trying to express.
