What is Heart Training ?
Have you ever tried Personal Training and you have showed up to your first session not knowing what you are in for, thinking that you will be in a world of pain because you have seen Personal Trainers smashing there clients, so you show up scared not sure what is about to happen.

Well I Heart Training session is nothing like this, you will be understood, taken to a place where you check in with what your body/heart needs that day, and how to really understand what your body is trying to tell you through movement.

Heart Training is to teach you that you know what to do but you haven't been taught how to tap into your own motivation/body, so you learn this within the sessions so you walk away and can do this for yourself and have a healthy body for the rest of your life, you get to spread your wings and fly on your own.
