Healing & Expanding The Heart

We all have wounds within our hearts, this is when you feel pain in your life.

When things happen in your life and you become triggered, you feel angry or emotional, this is your heart trying to show you the wound to look at and heal.

Recently I have done a Heart Mapping session on myself, as I drew out the roots of the wound I was feeling in my heart I started to connect the dots, like the Mycelium connection of the roots of the tree our wounds are connected.

I started to unpack that from my childhood trauma I have spent my life saving others, my first time doing this was when I was only very young and I was trying to protect my mum, and how this has played out in my life is I have made sure everyone else is happy and ok, this has meant big decisions in my life I have put people that I care about first.

From saying to my sons other mum that she can have the first child, when this was what I really wanted to do, and also because I was 6 years older than her, and in doing so I have now not had a child physically myself, and won't be now.

I have been able to unpack many big moments in my life where I have sacrificed my happiness for others, and now my heart is speaking to me to feel and unravel all of this to create change, and to fill my own heart back up with what it needs.

Heart Mapping has given me the tools to be able to see all of this, to really understand it all to create the change, I couldn't just sit and talk with someone about this, I had to see it so I can see all the connections in my life.

This process that I have created called Heart Mapping is something that I wish to teach to others so they can use it in there life when they need, as I know it is so powerful for me, and something I use often when I feel something coming up to the surface.
