A half-day Heart Mapping Retreat based in a beautiful healing space on the Sunshine Coast, where you are held and guided through your own personal Heart Mapping session, followed by somatic release of whatever chooses to arise, and a nurturing Kahuna Massage to come back home to your heart and home within yourself. With light snacks to nourish your energy.
